One of the most rewarding parts of building Ocient has been watching our people grow alongside our customers.
Four years ago, we established our team in India as part of our long-term investment in the people and expertise needed to support customers with large-scale data, analytics, and AI requirements. Since then, our colleagues in India have become essential to how we deliver trusted solutions that help organizations bring AI and analytics into production.
That investment, and the impact our India-based team has had, has helped Ocient become the company it is today. That’s why I’m especially pleased to share that, with the establishment of Ocient Technologies Private Limited, our colleagues in India are now formally part of Ocient.
The Impact of Our Global Team
Ocient has always been built by people who enjoy solving difficult technical problems and helping customers succeed. That’s especially true of our team in India, whose expertise has become an important part of how we deliver for customers every day.
In just four years, our India team has become a core driver of innovation, execution, and delivery across the company, playing a leading role in the design, architecture, prototyping, production deployment, and quality assurance of some of our largest customer engagements and most important competitive wins. The team brings deep expertise across Big Data systems, full-stack solution design, quality engineering, platform modernization, and the practical application of research to real-world customer challenges. Their work spans everything from early solution design and prototyping to production delivery, platform modernization, workload validation, executive engagements, and next-generation innovation.
Most recently, the team has launched several initiatives to build the advanced capabilities required for fully autonomous data platforms, agentic solutions, and next-generation analytics systems. Alongside these efforts, the team contributes to capabilities that are critical to enterprise-scale success, including architecture governance, performance optimization, automation, observability, security and compliance, and customer enablement, ensuring solutions are not only technically strong, but also scalable, supportable, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.
As the team has grown, it has also been rewarding to see new leaders emerge. So many folks have helped build a strong technical organization that continues to raise the bar for how we deliver for customers. Their leadership, along with the contributions of the entire team, has played an important role in our customers’ success over the past four years.
Building What’s Next, Together
As enterprises look for trusted solutions to bring AI and analytics into production at scale, they’ll need more than software alone. They’ll need experienced teams that can help turn ambitious ideas into production outcomes.
